This is one of many short video segments which will be added to the Digital Tipping Point (DTP) archive. This series of two segments features Clyde Vaughn, a retired minister who lives in Aptos, California. We interviewed Clyde because he is a Mac and Windows user, and was just being introduced to GNU Linux and Free Open Source Software at the time of this interview. We wanted to see why he chose the computers he used, and what his impressions he had of GNU Linux and Free Open Source Software. We hope to be able to interview him again at a later date for follow up, perhaps for the second film in the series, currently code-named DTP Rex.
Coincidentally, you will hear him make reference to Michael Shaw. Mike Shaw is a friend of his whom Clyde was gracious enough to drive to San Francisco for these interviews.
